Franchise Value Through Purpose

The Humanitarian Mission

Every RTIS threat scan simultaneously searches for missing children, trafficking victims, and endangered persons through RVIS. This capability cannot be disabled. It runs on every scan, at every gate, at every event. Your venue becomes part of the national recovery network simply by deploying Safience.

How RVIS Works

RVIS (Real-Time Victim Identification System) shares the same sensor infrastructure as RTIS. When a face is detected at a gate or access point, the image is compared against two databases simultaneously: UMbRA (law enforcement threat records) for RTIS, and verified missing/endangered person records for RVIS. If RVIS generates a match, the same human verification process applies. A trained analyst at the Rapid Action Center (RAC) reviews the match before any notification is sent.

Missing Children

RVIS searches for children listed in NCIC, NCMEC, and state missing person databases. No age progression technology is required; the system works with the child's most recent verified photograph.

Trafficking Victims

RVIS identifies individuals flagged by law enforcement as suspected trafficking victims. These identifications can trigger safe intervention protocols, not enforcement actions.

Endangered Persons

Silver Alert elders, individuals with cognitive impairments, and other law enforcement-designated missing or endangered persons are included in the RVIS search.

This Is Not an Add-On. Most security vendors offer humanitarian features as optional modules, premium tiers, or community partnerships that require separate contracts and deployments. RVIS is not optional. It is not a separate product. It is architecturally inseparable from RTIS. Every threat scan runs a victim scan. Every venue that deploys Safience automatically joins the recovery network. There is no additional cost, no additional hardware, and no way to disable it.

One Scan. Two Missions. Always.

The dual mission is the Safience differentiator that no competitor can replicate. Threat identification and victim recovery on every scan, at every gate, at every event. RVIS cannot be disabled. The humanitarian mission is not a feature; it is the architecture.
