What IT Needs to Know

Sensor Hardware
RTIS sensors are self-contained units with onboard edge processing. They require power, network connectivity (wired or cellular), and a mounting position at gate or access point locations. Sensors do not require integration with existing CCTV camera systems. They operate as an independent detection layer.
Alert Routing
Confirmed alerts from the RAC are delivered through configurable channels: API integration with PSIM platforms, direct notification to security dispatch, mobile app push notifications, or email/SMS. Alert routing integrates with existing incident management workflows.
Access Control Systems
RTIS alert output can be consumed by access control and gate management systems through standard APIs. Integration options include direct API calls, webhook delivery, or message queue integration. Specific integration patterns depend on the venue's existing access control vendor.
