How X-LST VIP Recognition Works
X-LST (X-List Technology) is an operator-controlled list management system embedded within the RTIS sensor platform. You create your lists. You define the categories. You control who receives each alert type. Safience operates the matching engine but never sees the contents of your lists during normal operations.

Define Your VIP List
Your team uploads a VIP list to the X-LST system. This can be season ticket holder photos, suite holder images, sponsor and partner headshots, executive protection principals, or any other category you define. You assign a list name and an alert routing destination.
Technical DetailLists are compartmentalized. A VIP list alert routes independently from a threat alert. Different lists can route to different teams on different devices.

Sensor Detection
The same RTIS sensors that identify threats also compare against your X-lists. When a VIP passes through a sensor’s field of view, a single still image is captured and compared. The same sub-100KB payload. The same cloud-based processing. No additional hardware required.

RAC Verification
When a potential VIP match is found, the Rapid Action Center verifies the match before an alert is sent. This prevents your guest services team from approaching the wrong person. The alert only fires after a human confirms the identity.
Technical DetailRAC verifies all match types. VIP matches and threat matches go through the same human verification process. The difference is alert routing, not verification standards.

Alert Delivery to Guest Services
The confirmed VIP alert routes to your designated guest services personnel. Not to security. Not to the operations center (unless you configure it that way). The alert includes the person’s name, their list category (e.g., “Suite Holder,” “Season Ticket,” “Sponsor”), and the gate location. Your greeter knows exactly who is walking in and where to meet them.
Technical DetailAlert routing is configurable per list, per gate, and per event. A suite holder alert at Gate A can route to a different team than a sponsor alert at the VIP entrance.

X-LST is designed with a strict data separation model. Safience operates the matching engine but does not have visibility into the contents of operator-defined lists during normal operations. Your VIP list is not stored in a Safience database. Your guest data is not aggregated, analyzed, or shared.
