The Real-Time Threat Identification System surfaces known, legally defined risk in under 60 seconds—without monitoring everyone else.
RTIS continuously and quietly looks for individuals who present a known, legally defined risk—so organizations can act before violence, retaliation, or escalation occurs.
Traditional surveillance tries to monitor everything and everyone, hoping to spot a threat or rewind footage after the fact. RTIS scans only for legally relevant, known risks: active felony warrants, absconding or non-compliant sex offenders, BOLOs and Most Wanted subjects, and credentialed case-specific lists (X-LSTs).
Non-matches are purged immediately. There is no live feed, no biometric gallery on the device, and no generalized tracking of the public.
Dedicated sensors capture a single still image. Non-matches disappear. Matches go to a trained analyst before anyone acts.
Identify threats in under 60 seconds. No video. Human-reviewed alerts. If you are not a known risk, RTIS does not know you exist.
If you are not an active public-safety threat or a classified victim, RTIS does not know you exist. Relevance is defined by the facility’s lawful mission—a DUI does not alert a hotel, but it may matter for a school bus driver.
