Credentialing and Access Verification
A credential badge confirms identity at the moment it was issued. It says nothing about what happened after. Employees, contractors, media, and vendors present badges at restricted access points every event day. If the person holding that badge was arrested last week, the badge does not know. eMotive catches post-issuance criminal activity through continuous monitoring. QAPLA verifies the person holding the badge is the person on the badge. X-LST maintains credential verification lists that run on every RTIS sensor at every gate.
Credentials Expire in Ways That Badges Do Not Show
Stadium and venue access credentials are issued after a background check, an identity verification, and an authorization. All three of those inputs are valid at the moment of issuance. None of them update automatically. The badge a contractor presents at Gate B today reflects who they were six months ago, not who they are now.
Media Credentials
Press passes for sideline access, locker rooms, and press boxes are issued weeks or months before events. A credentialed journalist arrested between issuance and game day still holds a valid badge. eMotive flags the criminal event. QAPLA confirms the person presenting the credential matches the photo on file.
Contractor and Vendor Badges
Construction crews, food service vendors, cleaning contractors, and AV teams receive access credentials for restricted areas. Seasonal and temporary workers cycle through quickly. eMotive monitors continuously. X-LST maintains an active contractor list that runs on RTIS sensors at every restricted entry point.
All-Access Passes
All-access passes grant the widest physical access in the venue. A holder with an all-access pass who is later subject to a restraining order, criminal charge, or internal investigation still has the pass. QAPLA verifies identity against the pass photo on demand. X-LST can revoke access in real time through the credential list on RTIS sensors.
Seasonal and Event Staff
Stadiums hire hundreds or thousands of seasonal workers per year for concessions, parking, guest services, and event setup. Pre-hire background checks clear them once. eMotive monitors them continuously for post-hire criminal activity. When eMotive flags an event, your credentialing team can pull the badge before the next shift.
Three Products. One Credentialing Workflow.
Credentialing is not a single verification step. It is an ongoing process that starts before badge issuance and continues through every access event. Safience addresses each phase with a purpose-built tool.

Pre-Issuance and Continuous Monitoring
eMotive provides FCRA-compliant continuous criminal monitoring. When a person clears their initial background check, eMotive begins monitoring for new criminal events. Arrests, charges, convictions, and sex offender registry additions are flagged and reported to the credentialing authority. This monitoring does not stop when the badge is printed. It runs for the duration of the engagement.

Identity Verification at Point of Use
QAPLA is a browser-based 1:1 facial comparison tool. An investigator or credentialing officer uploads the badge photo and a photo of the person presenting the badge. QAPLA returns a match or no-match result with a similarity score. It does not search a database. It compares two images. This is useful for spot checks, investigations into credential sharing, and verifying identity when physical appearance has changed.

Real-Time Gate Enforcement
When a credential is revoked, the name and photo can be added to an X-LST credential verification list. That list runs on every RTIS sensor at every gate. If the person attempts to enter the venue after credential revocation, the system identifies them and the Rapid Action Center (RAC) verifies the match before alerting your security team. No physical badge collection required. The sensor enforces the revocation.

X-LST runs on RTIS sensors. RAC verifies every match. No automated gate actions.
