RVIS mobile units deploy at all pedestrian entry points for the event duration. An event-specific X-List — built from the EP team's known-threat file for this engagement — is activated for the deployment window and deactivated when the event concludes.
The venue takes on zero persistent biometric infrastructure or data liability. The watchlist is operator-controlled by the EP team, not the venue — removing the venue from the data-custody chain.
