The Technology
Subscriber-Controlled Watchlist Technology. Your List. Your Rules.
What X-LST Does
X-LST turns any image into a real-time alert. Build a list of the people who matter to your operation — banned individuals, known threats, VIP guests, or credentialed personnel — and get instant, human-verified alerts the moment they appear on camera.
Unlike mass surveillance systems that record everyone, X-LST only looks for the people you define. No biometric databases of the public. No dragnet monitoring. Just your list, your rules, verified in real time.
The X stands for any list you need:
• Banned & Excluded — self-excluded patrons, trespassed individuals, terminated employees
• Threat Lists — credible threats, restraining orders, known threat actors
• VIP & Recognition — high-value guests, executives, donors, recognized on arrival
• Access & Credentialing — approved staff, contractors, and credentialed personnel

One technology. Every list you'll ever need.
Most watchlist tools do one job — a self-exclusion service here, a banned-person list there. X-LST does them all. Build, populate, and run unlimited lists from a single platform, each with its own alert routing, each completely siloed from the others.
Recognize a risk before it reaches your floor.
Enroll the people you can’t afford to have on your property, and your team is alerted the instant they appear — before an incident, not after.
- Banned or trespassed individuals
- Self-excluded patrons and problem gamblers
- Terminated employees and revoked contractors
- Individuals under restraining or no-contact orders
- Known threat actors and persons of concern
Recognize the people you want — instantly.
X-LST isn’t only about exclusion. Use the same engine to confirm who belongs, roll out the red carpet, and speed the right people through.
- VIP guests, donors, and high-value patrons
- Executives and protected principals
- Credentialed staff and approved contractors
- Authorized personnel for sensitive zones
- Returning members worth a personal welcome
Built for every place identity and safety matter

Questions operators ask
Where can the enrollment images come from?
Any source you have the lawful right to use — internal security or surveillance footage, HR and credentialing records, publicly available social media, news media or open-source intelligence, or a law-enforcement referral. X-LST imposes no source restriction; you make the lawful-use determination.
Does Safience see who's on my list?
No. List contents, enrollment rationale, and alert configuration are entirely yours. The only moment any Safience personnel touch your data is when a RAC analyst compares a single incoming image to a single enrolled image to confirm a match. That’s it — no metadata, no notes, no list-wide visibility.
Do I need new hardware?
No. X-LST is provisioned at the platform level on your existing RTIS/RVIS deployment — no extra sensors, no on-prem software, no edge configuration. For VisualCasino sites, it’s built right into the interface you already use.
How is this different from running facial recognition on my cameras?
RTIS/RVIS sensors capture a single still image — never video, audio, or a live view — and store nothing on the device. Non-matches are purged instantly. Every alert is confirmed by a human analyst first. It’s targeted recognition of people you’ve specifically enrolled, not blanket monitoring of the public.
Can I run different lists with different alert rules?
Yes — that’s the core design. Each list has its own recipients, methods, and priority, and alerts are fully compartmentalized. A VIP host alerted to a guest’s arrival has no visibility into a concurrent threat alert on the same person, and vice versa.
Can alerts feed my existing systems?
Yes. Confirmed matches route via push, SMS, email, or webhook into your VMS, access-control, host-management, CRM, or SOC/SIEM tooling through the API.
