Banned Patrons and Custom Lists
Your banned patron list is only as good as your ability to enforce it. A binder of photos at the gate does not work when 40,000 people arrive in 90 minutes. X-LST turns every list your organization maintains into an enforceable, real-time identification layer running on the same sensors and the same scan as your threat detection.
One Platform. Multiple Lists. Compartmentalized Alerts.
X-LST is purpose-agnostic. You define the lists. You control the contents. Safience has no visibility into your list entries during normal operations. Each list category generates its own independent, compartmentalized alert stream. A VIP arrival alert routes to a different person than a banned patron alert.
Banned Patron Enforcement
Upload your banned patron list to X-LST. When a banned individual enters a sensor's field of view, the RTIS sensor captures the image, the system identifies the match, and the Rapid Action Center verifies the identity before sending an alert to your designated security staff. Your gate team knows who to intercept and why, before the person reaches their seat. No more relying on visual recognition of printed photos. No more hoping someone remembers a face from a briefing six months ago.
VIP Recognition
Create a VIP list for season ticket holders in premium areas, suite owners, executive guests, or sponsor representatives. When a VIP arrives, the alert routes to guest services or suite-level staff for a personalized welcome. The same sensor that catches a threat also recognizes a valued guest. VIP alerts are compartmentalized: your security team receives threat alerts; your hospitality team receives VIP notifications. No crossover.
Executive Protection
If your venue hosts high-profile executives, visiting dignitaries, or protected persons, X-LST can maintain an executive protection list. Sensors confirm arrival and departure, providing real-time presence awareness to the protection detail. Alert routing goes directly to the EP team, not to general security channels.
Credential Verification
Maintain a credential list for employees, contractors, vendors, or media. RTIS sensors at restricted-access entry points compare faces against the credential list. This supplements (not replaces) badge systems by adding a biometric identity check that cannot be transferred, lost, or forged. Useful for back-of-house access, loading docks, press areas, and broadcast compounds.
How It Works: X-LST Inside RTIS
| On Every Scan | Source | Alert Routing |
|---|---|---|
| UMbRA match check | 55.5M law enforcement-verified records | RAC verifies, then alerts venue security and LE liaison |
| X-LST match check | Operator-controlled lists (banned, VIP, EP, credential) | RAC verifies, then routes to designated personnel per list category |
| RVIS match check | Missing persons, trafficking victims, Silver Alert | RAC handles; coordinates with law enforcement directly |
All three checks run on the same single still image, captured by the same sensor, in the same sub-5-second window. There is no additional hardware, no additional scan, and no additional processing time for X-LST or RVIS. The operator adds lists; the platform does the rest.
Your Lists. Your Data. Your Control.
-
Safience cannot see your list contents.
During normal operations, Safience has no visibility into the names, photos, or categories on your X-lists. The platform processes matches, but the list management is entirely under operator control.
-
Lists are purpose-agnostic.
X-LST does not impose categories. You define what each list means. You decide who goes on it. You decide who gets the alert when there is a match.
-
Zero data retention applies to X-LST too.
Non-match images are purged regardless of which database was checked. No record of non-matches is created for X-LST, UMbRA, or RVIS.
When a banned patron gets past the gate, or an incident occurs inside the venue, you need to confirm identity after the fact. QAPLA provides 1:1 facial comparison for investigations, using the venue's own CCTV footage against a known reference image.

If you maintain a banned patron list, let us show you what automated enforcement looks like. A gate survey maps your entry points and identifies optimal sensor positions for list enforcement.
